Both Thai and foreign teachers are evaluated towards the end of term by senior management and their peers. For this, you have to show that you can produce a properly constructed lesson with clear objectives and good use of resources such as flashcards and technology. You will do this during your normal IEP lessons. The Thai English teacher will do her evaluation lesson during one of your non-IEP lessons. So, instead of teaching that one lesson, you will be observing. Your co-teachers in the IEP classes are evaluated too, but you are not involved with that.
